In this beginner-friendly workshop, you’ll be guided through three simple yet powerful breathwork techniques designed to calm the mind, relax the body, and support your nervous system as a whole.
Together, we’ll:
Learn and practice Three-Part Breath (Dirga Pranayama) diaphragmatic breathing that helps expand lung capacity and deepen mind/body awareness.
Explore Alternate Nostril Breathing and Bilateral Stimulation to balance the brain hemispheres, ease anxiety, and restore inner harmony.
Experience Bee’s Breath (Bhramari) to activate the vagus nerve, release tension, and quiet mental chatter.
Each technique will be introduced step-by-step with explanation, guided practice, and time for reflection. You’ll also receive a take-home handout so you can continue practicing and weaving these tools into your daily life.
