Shoulderstand Masterclass

Shoulderstand or Salamba Sarvangasana is known as the Queen of all yoga asana.

When practiced with sufficient shoulder warm up, good alignment and yoga props she embodies the qualities of poise and grace.

She is of my favourite poses but in a 1hr 15 min class we don’t get much time to breakdown and dig into her depth. Here is my chance and yours too!

You will have a chance to try all the variations including on a chair, on blankets and in the centre of the room.

No worries if you can’t do the pose. That’s why you come to a master class!
