Motherhood transforms us in ways that are both beautiful and disorienting. You may sometimes long for the “old you,” only to realise she no longer exists in the same way. This workshop is an invitation to pause, reflect on how you’ve changed, let go of old expectations, and honour the woman you are becoming. Together, we’ll explore what it means to reconnect with yourself beyond the role of ‘mum,’ and step into this chapter with more groundedness, confidence, ease, clarity, and joy.
