New Year New Intention Workshop

Online and in person!

A 2.5-hour journey to reset, realign & step into 2026 with clarity and purpose.

This 2.5-hour workshop invites you to pause, reflect and intentionally shape the year ahead with awareness rather than rushing forward on autopilot.

We will move through a nourishing yoga practice designed to release the old and open space for the new, followed by sound healing, meditation and a guided journaling
