Untangle - Exploration of the Koshas

Untangle is ad Intensive Yoga Weekend, designed for both yoga practitioners and teachers interested in exploring The Kosha - The Layers of Being.
Over the course of two and a half days, participants will explore Philosophy, Vinyasa Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation to gain and understanding in the Koshas. These highlight the different layers that Self, our blueprint, that with awareness and insight we can free ourselves from any bondage to what no longer serves us.
You’ll learn how to use the understanding of the Koshas to better understand yourself. Through philosophy, vinyasa yoga , meditation, and pranayama, you’ll begin to understand how yoga philosophy can pave the way for peace in your life.
