Artist Reception: Experiments and Explorations by Lynn Huntington

Throughout October, the Gallery will be presenting Experiments and Explorations by Lynn Huntington.

Award-winning artist Lynn Huntington is a longtime resident of rural Rensselaer County. Her work reflects her love of the outdoors and her roots in rural life. Recent accomplishments include acceptance into The Art of New York juried show at the Arkell Museum and a solo show at Albany Unitarian Church in Albany.

Huntington is the recipient of awards from East Bank Arts Alliance, Colonie Art League and the State of the Art Gallery in Ithaca, New York. Previous shows include several solo and group shows at various local galleries and venues. Art education began for her as a very young child and continues today with each visit to her palette. Recent studio explorations have included new media and different tools with a focus on playful experimentation.
