Handbuilding Experience: Christmas Decor

Come to our Lakefront Studio and Jennifer will walk you through this relaxing clay craft.

Stroll down memory lane to a simpler time with a bit of nostalgia and hand painted ceramic trees for your Christmas village.

My mom had a bunch of ceramic holiday decor that she created in the 70s. I had the pleasure of decorating the house with her creations when I grew up. Each piece has a story. Continue that tradition in your family or maybe now is the time to start it.

No experience is necessary and we promise it's very easy as Jennifer will be making one with you.

Trees are about 6-9" tall. If you have a favorite texture roller or cookie cutter, bring it with. We might be able to use it or we might not.

*Clay needs a few weeks to dry, then 24 hours for the bisque fire. You can pick a glaze and I can glaze it for you or you can come back and glaze it yourself. After the glaze fire you can come and pick up your piece.
