As we celebrate Thanksgiving, I wanted to say how grateful I am for our amazing community and friendships we’ve made over the years. I love our hikes together.
Hoping you can join us for this fun hike at 9am. Get the pups tired before the festivities begin!
Remember to wear hiking boots if we’ve had any rain, these trails get muddy and slippery!
A fun hike with some small elevation, it usually takes us just over an hour and twenty minutes to walk.
We meet at the picnic table by the parking lot. Please remember to keep all dogs leashed until after crossing the bridge and it’s safe for our pack.
For anyone joining do the first time, the trail does lead close to the road in the beginning so we wait till it's safe for the dogs not to get onto the road before letting them off leash.
We always leash up again at the end of our walk. This is for safety and courtesy to others joining the trails which is when it’s starting to get busier with families.
There is very limited parking here...BUT there is a fast turnaround....so bear this in mind planning your trip and arrive a little earlier.
