SPRING EQUINOX: An EPIC Evening!!

We’re excited to celebrate the end of winter and the beginning of spring! It’s the perfect time to open your heart with a beautiful cacao ceremony, followed by a spring-inspired breathwork session to move the dormant energy of winter and awaken your inner spirit. The celebration will continue with an evening of embodied movement, music and intention with DJ Roze! 

Ecstatic Dance is a free-form, conscious dance experience where there are no steps, expectations or performance. Barefoot and alcohol-free, we gather in a supportive, judgment-free space to move as we are, guided by a curated musical journey that mirrors the natural arc of the equinox, grounding at the end with a closing circle. As winter releases and spring begins to bloom, this practice invites you to: • Shake off stagnation

• Reconnect to your body

• Move emotion into motion
