Souffles

For ages 18 & up

Once you've perfected the basics of separating eggs; whipping the whites; and the gentle art of folding ingredients into a dish, you'll dazzle your friends and family with your expertise! With able assistance from our instructors, and working with a small group, you'll make 2 savory and 2 sweet souffles in class and enjoy the results of your efforts. 

For ages 18 & up.

• Grand Marnier Souffle

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
