Join us for Release & Reset : An end-of-year Candlelight Yin Yoga + Soundbath Experience

This high-vibe candlelit experience is designed to help you clear the emotional residue of this year and step into the next one feeling grounded, open, and aligned. Soft light sets the tone as we begin with a slow Yin Yoga practice that melts tension, opens the heart, and creates space for new energy to move through you.

You’ll then settle into a guided journaling ritual with intentional prompts that help you release what no longer fits and welcome the version of yourself you’re ready to grow into.

We’ll end with an immersive sound bath, letting the vibrations rise through the body and lift your frequency so you step into the new year clear, spacious, and magnetic.

What to Expect -

• Candlelight Yin Yoga – Slow, deep stretches to release stress and calm the nervous system.
• Intention Setting Ceremony – Journaling and reflection to close the year with gratitude and welcome the new one with clarity and purpose.
• Soothing Soundbath – Healing vibrations to let go of what no longer serves you.

Good to know-

• Extra Yoga Mats are available as needed. Eye Masks will be provided, but feel free to bring your own.
• Space is limited to keep the experience intimate, so reserve your spot today. Come solo or bring a fanily member or friend.
