Pilates Play Date is a thoughtfully curated experience inviting you to move with intention, recover deeply, and reconnect to community in this playful, strength-building Pilates + wellness experience.

MOVEMENT | Dedicated to building the powerful connection and intelligent relationship between your core and glutes - the foundation of functional, sustainable movement. Rather than pushing harder, we move with presence, building strength that feels integrated and supportive from the inside out.

We’ll progress through three intentional phases: first to ignite awareness and wake up deep stabilizing muscles, then to sculpt strength and endurance through focused mat work, and finally to stabilize, integrating strength into functional movement patterns that support posture, protect the lower back, and translate beyond the mat.

BLISS | The experience softens. We close with a guided savasana featuring gentle hands-on connection, allowing your nervous system to receive and integrate the work.

CONNECT | The experience continues into our wellness space and gathering areas - designed for recovery, reflection, and meaningful connection over cute sips and shared experience.

This workshop blends challenge with restoration, strength with softness, and movement with community - offering a glimpse into YTX as a true wellness ecosystem.
