Liminal Light: An Equinox Reset

The autumnal equinox is a hinge in the year. equal light and dark, a doorway between seasons. It’s a perfect time to pause, listen, and realign.

In this one-hour gathering, we’ll soften into a singing-bowls journey designed to clear space and steady our next step. We’ll sip a gentle botanical (choose from blue-lotus tea or holy basil), settle into sound, and align with the season.

Ayurveda reminds us that rhythm restores clarity. Yoga calls it ritam—living in alignment with the cycles of nature. Our ancestors marked these liminal spaces with ritual and intention. Together, we’ll honor the balance point and step forward feeling lighter, clearer, and more rooted.
