Kome Collective Sake Class

For ages 21 & up

Central Market and Kome Collective are partnering to bring you a special education and pairing class. Kome, the most comprehensive and diverse sake portfolio in the US, imports a diverse range of sake from 22 different breweries across Japan. Kome strives to make sake approachable and easy for everyone - new and experienced drinkers alike.

Please join us to learn about and taste a line up from some exceptional Japanese Breweries – all from different prefectures, styles & food pairing abilities. We will cover how sake is made, the story and history of each of these Breweries. And why sake is an amazing food pairing beverage outside of Japanese food!

• Crisp & Refreshing: Tensei Infinite Summer & Summer Salad with Fresh Fruit and Goat Cheese

• Fruity & Floral: Fukucho Moon on the Water Junmai Ginjo & Honeydew Soup with Prosciutto Crisps

• Savory & Complex: Yuho Rhythm of the Centuries & Grill Pork Tenderloin with Plums over a Bed of Micro Greens

• Specialty: Daimon Nigori & French Macarons

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
