🎭 8th Annual Koblenz Karneval in Austin! 🎭

Austin meets Koblenz for an afternoon of pure Karneval joy: music, dancing, costumes, and big “Fifth Season” energy. Come celebrate the Austin–Koblenz sister-city friendship with a party that’s loud (in the best way), welcoming, and gloriously silly.

Expect a nonstop mix of live performances, sing-alongs, group dances (yes, the Polonaise), and plenty of opportunities to show off your costume. The dance floor is open! Come ententanz with us!

Proceeds support the volunteer-run Austin–Koblenz Sister Cities Committee, helping fund student exchanges and programs to support international friendships. Can’t make it? You can still support the mission:

In Koblenz, Karneval is the Fünfte Jahreszeit (Fifth Season). It begins on 11/11 and builds to a week of celebrations before Lent. Costumes, parades, and community fun are the whole point.
