Friends, this year again we’ll be starting the new year jumping into Barton together from the south side of the pool. Please join us for the Polar Bear Plunge at Barton Springs on Thursday January 1, 2026.
This year, Friends of Barton Springs Pool and Barton Springs Conservancy are partnering to offer commerative shirts available for a donation.
At 9am the Friends will be posted at the outside pool entrance with a tent and table until the shirts run out. Please feel free to stop by to jump in with us, say hello, and grab a shirt! Hope to see you soon!!!
