Celebration Libations: Champagne & Sparkling Wine (SATURDAY SESSION)

It's the most wonderful time of the year! A DrinkWell fan-favorite experience, our annual 'Celebration Libations' class is back and we can't wait to pop these bottles with you.

Held only in December, Celebration Libations is the perfect primer for the holiday season where you will learn about all things sparkling wine. We cover production, tasting notes, how to shop for Champagne & Sparkling Wines (when and where to save vs. splurge), hosting and serving tips, and how to incorporate bubbles into your favorite celebratory punches and cocktails.

WE ARE OFFERING TWO SESSIONS THIS YEAR -- SATURDAY 12/13 AND SUNDAY 12/14. PLEASE ENSURE YOU ARE PURCHASING TICKETS TO THE CORRECT SESSION!

The experience includes:

• Welcome Champagne-centric cocktail
• An expert-led tasting of 7 sparkling wines from all corners of the world - including at least 4 true Champagnes
• Light bites and patisseries designed to pair with your bubbles
• Interactive Champagne sabering demonstration that one or two lucky attendees will get to participate in

The Champagne class is one of our favorite classes to teach and one of the most popular experiences we offer. It's a terrific and special way to experience DrinkWell with friends, old and new. Super fun, informative, relaxed and festive!
