Barreless Burn

Enjoy the burn and beauty of a barre-inspired workout—no barre required. This open-air class uses bodyweight resistance and small, controlled movements to tone, lengthen, and strengthen from head to toe. Set in our serene courtyard space, you’ll flow through sequences that target core stability, glutes, legs, and arms, all while improving posture and balance. Expect a low-impact but high-intensity session that leaves you feeling sculpted, refreshed, and energized. All levels welcome — just bring your mat and your motivation.

Self-parking is complimentary. Please bring your own yoga mat.
