At the Root: A Root Chakra Immersion

This in-person Root Chakra workshop offers guided meditation, reflective journaling, somatic grounding practices, and optional Reiki. Designed to help participants explore themes of stability and grounding and bring practical tools into everyday life. No prior experience with chakra work or meditation is needed.
