1. Check-in & skill screener (10-11 AM)
2. TimeBack Block 1 – 75 min focused learning
3. Lunch
• Kids: Pizza, sliders, wings
• Parents: Optional Taco-Bar “Lunch & Learn” (10:15-11:30 AM)
4. TimeBack Block 2 – 30 min sprint to hit goals
5. Arcade Reward – 30 min unlimited gameplay 🕹️
6. Wrap-up & progress reports (1:45-2 PM)
