And The Band Played On!!
De Dijk is gestopt maar betekent niet dat bassist Hans van der Lubbe en blazer Roland Brunt achter de geraniums zijn gaan zitten. Samen met leden van onder andere Normaal en Sjako! hebben ze And The Band Played On geformeerd: een band met alleen topmuzikanten die de beste nummers van The Band brengt.

In 2023 tourden ze langs de Nederlandse clubs met groot succes, getuige een uitverkocht Patronaat en Paradiso. Daarom gaan ze in het najaar van 2025 wederom op pad met onder meer I Shall Be Released, The weight, Upon The Cripple Creek en The Shape I’m In op de setlijst.
