Mobility with Katrina

We are so excited to host our first mobility workshop with Katrina Rogers, founder of ‘Move With Ease’

Katrina is a movement educator with almost two decades of experience coaching track & field, teaching dance, and training adults in functional strength, mobility, and nervous system awareness. Her superpower is helping people understand how their bodies work — translating complex movement principles into skills you can actually use to move better, feel more confident, and reclaim control of your body.

This workshop is part of her intentional work to give back to the community — a rare, hands-on opportunity to learn directly from her in an intimate setting. You’ll leave with practical tools, renewed confidence, and a deeper connection to your body, experiencing the freedom and joy that comes from moving well.
