Norma is a coffee lover, animal rescuer, and unapologetic fan of all things chic and cute. Married to Juan— behind Dapper Brews—she splits her time between their inviting downtown café and volunteering with Wish Upon a Rescue, where she proudly fostered 17 dogs (and counting!). When she's not sipping a perfectly brewed latte or caring furry friends, you’ll likely find her swooning over stylish, chic gems like Wyckwood Boutique and Cocktail Bar.
Dapper Brews started as a traveling coffee experience that aspires to fuel culture, creativity, and conversation. They have since established a brick and mortar inside Nide Jardín in downtown Aurora where they continue to provide great-tasting coffee brewed from premium coffee grounds, delectably roasted for perfect consistency, body and flavor. Visit them and enjoy the space along with plants from Nide and delicious cup of coffee, of course! Norma's husband, owner and operator, Juan, is Aurora-born and raised, and a U.S. Army Veteran.
Norma will be donating tips from the evening to Wish Upon a Rescue- is a foster-based organization dedicated to rescuing cats, kittens, dogs, and puppies. As an organization, they commit to caring for as many animals as a possible and they do not shy away from medical cases. WISH focuses on providing education, outreach, and support to the community. WISH believes every animal, regardless of breed, age, or ability, deserves love, care, and a brighter future. They will rescue the unwanted, and that is very commendable. They literally save lives!
