Grief 101: Coping with the Holidays

Dealing with loss and grief can be especially difficult during the holiday season.

Join us for a thoughtful session aimed at deepening our understanding of grief. This session will offer an introduction to the topic of grief, common and individual reactions to loss, and practical ways to support ourselves—and others—during this emotionally challenging time.

This event is suitable for those who are bereaved, supporting someone who has experienced loss, or simply eager to enhance their grief literacy — please note this session is not a bereavement/grief support group or counselling session.
