Garlic & Cider Fest - Aurora

Join us at The Growing Place for a weekend of fall garlic and cider flavors and hands-on fun for families, teens, and adults!

- Saturday, October 4 and Sunday, October 5
- 11am to 3pm
- Takes place at our Aurora location, 2000 Montgomery Road
- Free entry
- No registration required


SCHEDULE

11am-3pm:

- Roasted Garlic Tasting & Recipes: Sample a variety of freshly roasted garlic hot off the grill and snacks using fresh garlic.

- Build-Your-Own Cider Bar: Create your own hot or cold apple cider drink featuring cider from Gundersen Orchards and a range of add-ins and toppings.

- Fall Crafts: Try your hand at fall-themed crafts for all ages and skill levels. Crafts individually priced.

- Bakery Stuff!: Try seasonal handmade treats from Ileana’s Bakery.


12pm-1pm:

- Garlic Talk & Planting Demo: Learn about garlic varieties and how to grow them, followed by a hands-on planting demo in the garden.
