FLOW Into Freedom: Women's Circle

Join us for a healing women’s circle centered on the medicine of flow.
Together, we’ll move, breathe, and reflect through a guided yoga flow, somatic movement, breathwork, and journaling practice. This embodied journey is designed to help you release what no longer serves, reconnect with your body, and step into deeper freedom and presence.

💛 COST: $10 entry | Open to all women
🎒 BRING: Journal + pen, water or something to sip, a blanket/towel, and whatever’s on your heart

UPLIFTED Women’s Circle is a designated safe haven for women to come as they are—let go of what’s heavy, welcome in truth, and integrate new ways of living with freedom and joy.
