Join Mama Bird for a supportive, empowering Birth Planning Workshop designed to help you prepare for labor, birth, and the early postpartum period with clarity and confidence.

This workshop creates space to explore your preferences, ask honest questions, and learn how to advocate for yourself within medical systems—while honoring your values, culture, and intuition.
