Wine Down with Laughter Yoga

Enjoy the happiest of happy hours at Third Space Improv!

Laughter Yoga is a mind-body combination of clapping, laughter exercises, deep breathing, meditation and relaxation techniques to enhance health and happiness. The benefits of this light cardio workout are many – laughter yoga increases blood circulation, kicks depression, reduces blood pressure, alleviates stress, releases endorphins, increases oxygen flow, and, builds community. Plus, it’s a lot of fun! No experience with yoga (or even laughing) necessary!

To help you "wine" down, a glass of wine will also be served!

Third Space Improv Owner + Ringleader, Amy Angelilli, is a certified laughter yoga leader and she will get you laughing so hard you're crying - and in community too!

Third Space has free parking in front of the studio.
