We’re thrilled to welcome Ettore Donzelli, Brand Manager for Val di Suga—one of Montalcino’s most iconic Brunello producers. Ettore’s journey began in the vineyards and cellars as an oenologist, where he gained hands-on experience and deep academic knowledge of winemaking. Today, while leading Val di Suga’s international brand presence, he continues to work side-by-side with the production director, following each stage of the winemaking process. His rare combination of technical expertise and storytelling passion makes him the perfect guide to unlock the soul of these Tuscan wines.



This intimate class will feature a curated tasting of Val di Suga’s renowned Brunellos and other estate wines, thoughtfully paired with special foods brought in just for this event to highlight their Tuscan heritage. Ettore will share insider knowledge on Val di Suga’s unique vineyards, crus, and the artistry behind every bottle, bringing Tuscany straight to your glass.
