You’ll be immersed in a full sound bath with crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, crystal harp, and more, while Himalayan bowls are gently placed and played on and around your body. Together, this co-facilitated journey weaves a rich tapestry of sound that melts away stress, resets your nervous system, and reconnects you with your inner stillness.
All comforts are provided — floor cushion, bolster, blanket, pillow, eye pillow, and a warm cup of herbal tea — in a peaceful, welcoming space. No experience needed, just come as you are.
