Sound Bath Sound Healing

Calm the mind, relax the body, and restore balance to your energy. All you need to do is lie back, close your eyes, and let the sounds wash over you like a gentle wave.
Bring a yoga mat or chair to sit, pillows or eye mask for comfort and water cup to fill.
Chocolate and water will be provided.
$20 per person.
Lay back and let the soothing sounds bring your body and energy back into alignment.
Arrive 10mins early to settle in. Bathrooms on site.
