Soothing Sound Bath

✨Experience a new level of relaxation with our small-group sound bath meditation, limited to 6–12 participants. Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of crystal bowls, chimes, gongs, and drums in a gentle, grounding experience to release stress, reset your nervous system, and start the week with clarity and calm.

All comforts are provided — a supportive floor cushion, bolster, blanket, pillow, and eye pillow — plus a warm cup of herbal tea, all in a peaceful, welcoming space. Just come as you are; no experience needed!
