This is where your Reiki journey begins!
Level 1 is an introduction to Reiki. This class gets you started with information about Chakras, Meridians, Grounding, Cleansing yourself and your environment.
You will learn what Reiki is, who the founders of Usui Reiki are and how to use Reiki to help you heal and grow. You will be taught how to practice Reiki on yourself, family members, friends, pets and plants. You will receive Level 1 Attunement, be introduced to the first Reiki symbol and taught its use. You will receive your workbook “Reiki The Healing Touch” by William Lee Rand, founder of The International Center For Reiki Training in Southfield, MI.
Water and Snacks provided. You may want to pack a lunch, there is a refridgerator, microwave and toaster oven on site.
At class completion you will be presented with your Level 1 Certificate.
Cost of Class - $225
$50 Deposit required to hold your space, balance due day of class.
