Gentle stretch is supported and designed for all Bodies!

As supported poses are held, each person will receive Reiki energy along with sound bowl healing with each pose. During savasana drumming and chimes with be played.

Give yourself the time for rest and integration of what your body, mind and spirit calls for.
Please register in advance as space is limited. Plan on being there before at 10:00AM. Doors will open at 9:45AM as we open this sacred space promptly at 10:00AM.

Indulge in a 90 minutes of healing designed to nourish your body, mind, and spirit through the practice of gentle stretch, sound bowl drumming and reiki energy healing.
