Heart, Mind, Spirit Recovery Meeting & Meditation

Heart - To embrace a heart-centered recovery to empower our choices made from self-love and wholeness.
Mind - To expand beyond recovery with tools to change our thinking and feelings in order to change our lives.
Spirit - To transform our recovery journey through creating deeper spiritual awareness and connection.
We meet each week to discuss a positive and affirming aspect of our recovery. No specific addiction is required to participate.
We follow the Heart, Mind, Spirit Recovery format that was created by Rev. Carol Wilke.

From there we move into meditation that could be guided, or music. We like to wait for guidance from the meeting to see how the meditation will unfold.
