🌟 In this workshop, you’ll explore seated meditation techniques and align the seven chakras through breathwork, mindfulness, and stillness. Enjoy a deeply healing experience that includes a crystal ear seed application and a Swarovski crystal ear seed kit with an instruction guide to continue your practice at home.
