108 At Daybreak: Mantra Meditation Practice

If you’ve ever been curious about exploring or practicing other limbs of yoga beyond movement, mantra can be a beautiful way in. Repeating a mantra (especially in a 108-count rhythm) can support meditation, focus, grounding, and a deeper connection to inner stillness.

I’ll be on the beach practicing this at daybreak on Saturday, November 15th, 7:15AM. If you’ve been wanting to try mantra or simply settle into a calm morning with gentle guidance, you’re welcome to join.

This won’t be a traditional yoga class, more of a lightly guided shared practice that includes:
✨ 108 rounds of mantra chanting
✨ Slow, simple movement (optional)
✨ Space to arrive as you are
Come listen, chant quietly, move gently, or just be in the moment.
