White Pine Needle Tea Workshop

Join us at Potato Hill Farm in Augusta, Kentucky for a Tea 101 Workshop featuring how to cook with foraged ingredients. Today, we will focus on White Pine Needle Tea.
Known for high vitamin C content, you will learn to correctly identify white pine needles, hands-on forage (pine needles are accessible), harvest, brew and package by the end of this two-hour session. A closing, social session will also offer home made breads and treats. You will then be able to take home your own packaged pine needle tea for gifting, custom blending, or just enjoying at home.

Come ready to savor the 86 acre "hidden in the holler" farm, complete with up cycled barn, donkeys and root cellar. Give yourself the gift of a "get-a-way" on October 18, rain or shine. The farmhouse will be available if weather calls. You may wish to visit the quaint River town of Augusta after the workshop: shops, restaurants, distillery and our historic Baker-Bird Winery.
