Ready to get faster, stronger, and meet other local runners? Join us for free weekly speed workouts designed to help you improve your pacing, build endurance, and chase your personal best—all in a fun, supportive group setting.

Who: Runners of all levels looking to improve speed and pacing
When: Every Wednesday at 6:00 p.m., from September 3rd to October 22nd.

Where: Academy of Richmond County Track
