Soundbath Sunday @ the Curiosity Cottage
The end of summer begs us for a nap—yoga nidra is encouraged here!

Bathe in the sounds of sacred frequency, mindful intentions, and if you do fall asleep— awoken gently with the sound of bell.

Sunday AUG 24th (2nd to last Sunday) @ 10am
Mats available to borrow for free, but please bring your own if you have one. Bring a pillow, eye-mask or blanket to relax with.
Free water available.

Sliding payment: $11-22 each person.
