Floetry Flow is a soulful, movement-based pole dance experience designed to help you move with intention, grace, and confidence. In this class, you’ll learn how to flow seamlessly on and around the pole by mastering smooth transitions, controlled pathways, and expressive choreography. Breathemiiayre will guide you through foundational pole techniques, floor-to-pole transitions, and fluid movement patterns that connect each shape into a story. Heels, socks, and knee pads are recommended.
