Confidence and communication affect how you interview, collaborate, ask for help, advocate for yourself, and move forward professionally. If you’ve ever felt overlooked, unsure what to say, or uncomfortable speaking up, you’re not alone.

This in-person Power Hour is designed to help you strengthen how you communicate in real-world situations that actually impact your opportunities and earning potential. We focus on practical tools you can use immediately, not theory or corporate scripts.

During this session, you will:

• Build confidence communicating in work and everyday situations
• Learn how to speak clearly, ask questions, and express ideas effectively
• Practice navigating conversations with supervisors, peers, and teams
• Understand how tone, body language, and clarity impact perception
• Gain tools to advocate for yourself without feeling awkward or unsure

SkillZilla Power Hours are practical, supportive, and built for where you are right now. You do not need to be polished, outgoing, or confident to start. You just need to show up.

This Power Hour can be attended as a standalone session and also connects to SkillZilla cohorts and future opportunities.
