I’m hosting a free, in person childbirth comfort measures workshop for expecting families where we’ll practice hands on labor positions, partner support techniques, breathing tools, and simple movement to help you cope with labor.

This is a relaxed, supportive space to learn, move, ask questions, and connect with other local families preparing for birth.
