Quickening & Quieting with Natalie Levin

The one... there only... Natalie Levin is coming to Nectar Audubon!Quickening and Quieting: A Supportive Practice. Join her December 14th from 11:30am-1pm, Natalie will lead you through a fire-stocking practice for the first two thirds of this two hour experience. After cultivating lots of heat, you will be invited to simmer down for restorative shapes so that your nervous system can settle and be nourished. Natalie will sing opera to you, tell you about the current astrological energies, and, if you so desire, will anoint you with glitter.
