WOOD - Elemental Alchemy (Qi Gong & Energy Medicine Immersive

This workshop looks at the Wood Element, the element of growth and transformation and the opening to SPRING. We tune into the magic of spiral - from the universe to our DNA. We will embrace the grace of the DEER. Combining the flows of qi gong, plant medicine and energy medicine we open to cleansing, purifying the liver, letting go of stored anger and creating more room for joy and light in our systems. The Wood Element creates a light delicate flow of Chi through the whole system.

Elemental Alchemy creates a powerful understanding of our chi (energy) flows. It helps us tap into our intrinsic healing potential for ourselves and for others and to live with optimum vitality. These workshops can be taken individually or together as a series to become a teacher or for your own depth of practice (there are 10 in each series)Taken as a series over the two years you will experience a deep and profound cleansing and rejuvenation of your whole self as we move through the elements (including organs and meridians for each element) and then into the deeper chi flows of the alchemy series.

As part of these immersions, using Willa's knowledge as a medicine woman, we also tap into plant medicine and essential oils for each element - using all our senses to unlock powerful healing and rejuvenation.

Available in person, at SOMM in Central AKL or ONLINE. Can be completed individually or as part of the Elemental Alchemy ongoing training.
