Join Neotectonic Vocal Ensemble for an afternoon of music that tracks the changing of the seasons from winter into spring, from the chill of Morten Lauridsen’s Mid-Winter Songs to the shimmering warmth of David N. Childs’ Fill My Life with Spring.
The Expected Season will also feature a crop of folk songs, including Robert Wiremu’s expansive arrangement of Hine e hine, Hugo Alfvén’s arrangement of the Swedish folksong Uti vår hage, and the beloved American folk song Shenandoah arranged by Bob Chilcott.
Neotectonic is thrilled to be joined by collaborative pianist Sofia Onishko for this very special programme. We hope to see you there.
