Taking place a couple months after a new set releases, Store Showdowns are casual tournaments that award prizes for both participation and placement. This is the most competitive that Casual Play gets, but the focus is still on having fun and learning the game, making this phase the perfect opportunity for someone to dip their toe into the tournament scene!
This event is capped at 24 players, secure your spot by purchasing a ticket.
FORMAT
Premier (best-of-three), 3-5 round Swiss tournament (dependent on player numbers)
Please aim to arrive at 1:15pm so we can promptly start at 1:00pm.
Round 1: 1:30 - 2:25, Round 2: 2:30 - 3:25, Round 3: 3:30 - 4:25, Round 4 (if needed): 4:30 - 5:25, Round 5 (if needed): 5:30 - 6:25
PRIZING
All players: 2x Star Wars: Unlimited boosters, 2x Weekly Play boosters, 1x Jedi Holocron promo card
1st: 6x additional Legends of the Force boosters, Grand Inquisitor promo cards (Champion, Finalist, Top 4, Top 8)
2nd: 4x additional Legends of the Force boosters, Grand Inquisitor promo cards (Finalist, Top 4, Top 8)
3rd-4th: 3x additional Legends of the Force boosters, Grand Inquisitor promo cards (Top 4, Top 8)
