You are warmly invited to gather in sacred circle and walk a Sacred Labyrinth.
This is a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with your heart and soul.
Through the Labyrinth walk, authentic sharing, and ritual, we will release, receive, and return with renewed clarity and connection to ourselves and the cycles of womanhood.
This gathering falls close to Samhain, an ancient festival long before commercial Halloween, when the veil between worlds was considered thin. It’s a sacred time for remembering our ancestors, reflecting on our own life path, and stepping with reverence into what lies ahead.
This is a space for authenticity, connection, and healing.
A space to drop the mask, speak from the heart, and share with other women seeking meaning, connection, and renewal. Magic happens when women come together.
Please bring a healthy snack to share and an open heart, a willingness to share or simply receive.

Who is Fiona and why does she do this?
I am Fiona Tate, founder of Red Tent East Coast Bays. I run Sorted Out, I am a RMT-trained Life Coach and women’s circle facilitator. I am a mother of 2 teenagers, and have lived in four countries.
I love interacting with people and have always been drawn to the holistic, alternative, and spiritual.
I have experienced much change and enjoy mentoring and supporting others who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected.
I care deeply about the community. We all deserve to feel heard, accepted, and empowered. By bringing people together across all walks of life, we strengthen not only ourselves, but relationships, families, the wider community, and the world.

I believe that women need to sit in a circle, not because we are broken or in need of healing, but because we are whole, and we are tired. We come to circle for replenishment, to nourish the soul, the heart, and the spirit.
When women gather, magic happens.
These circles become a beacon, radiating inspiration, sparking transformation, and offering practical tools and soulful practices to meet life’s challenges with grace.
Come as you are. You are welcome here.
With love,
Fiona
