Our intention is to create a fun, safe environment for photgraphers and models to meet and to practice their craft. A lot of photographs are taken at these events. For some, it's almost like, instant portfolio.
BY REGISTRATION ONLY
All ages welcome to register. We highly recommend a parent attend with younger members.
EVENT DETAILS
Cost: $10 per person. (Photographers and models)
Meeting at 8:30am.
Finish time will be when we're all done, when batteries are flat, or when we have to be somewhere else.
OUTFIT THEMES
Some photos from previous shoots will be listed in the conversation section of the event to give you an idea of the venue. For outfit changes I'm sure we can find a place to make that happen discretely.
CONDITIONS
1. All photos are TFP
2. No photographer or model will charge for their services or photographs.
3. The photographer MUST tag or photocred the model to ALL photos publicly posted.
4. The model MUST tag or photocred the photographer to ALL photos publicly posted.
5. Both photographer and model MUST tag or photocred NZ Modelling Network in all photos publicly posted.
6. Initially, all photos MUST be uploaded solely to the provided shared NZ Talent Network Google Drive until the approval process is finalised. After mutually agreed photos are marked or separated in the Google Drive, then pictures can be shared and tagged (as described above) to socials or private websites.
7. NZ Talent Network may share mutually agreed photos to NZ Talent Network websites and groups for promotional purposes. (Tagging applies.)
8. Photo’s not mutually agreed on MUST NOT be shared under any circumstances.
9. All conversation regarding this event MUST be kept within the provided Facebook group chat. Should photographer and model later collaborate beyond this event, converse directly.
10. Photos must be provided at full quality to the model within 1 week of the event.
11. The resolution of any disagreements will be determined by NZ Modelling Network.
12. No wandering off at the event. Stay with the team.
13. All photo's must be shared via the NZTN Google Drive system.
