In this 3-week Moon Yoga Series with Carme Aguayo, you will flow through yoga practices inspired by the phases of the moon, aligning with the Maramataka (Māori lunar calendar).
Each week, we will explore the unique energy of a different moon phase, moving through Moon Salutations and grounding sequences that nurture the body, mind, and spirit.
This series offers a journey of connection, reflection, and balance. Inviting deeper awareness and honouring the natural cycles within and around you. Moon Yoga help to come more in tune with the natural bio rhythm and seasons, and to embody the wisdom of the moon.
Suitable for all levels, including those who are new to yoga.
Yoga Mats and props are provided for.
